Resolved - System performance remained stable throughout the monitoring period, and no further issues related to the earlier disruption were observed.

The issue was caused by a network incident within Cloudflare, an external service that CORE leverages to securely route traffic between users and CORE. Cloudflare has mitigated the issue, and services are operating normally.

This incident is now considered resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Monitoring - We are continuing to monitor system performance following a temporary issue affecting some customers. The impact was caused by a disruption in Cloudflare, an external service used by CORE to securely route traffic. This resulted in increased latency and connectivity issues.

We will continue to monitor closely to ensure ongoing stability.

Identified - The performance issues experienced by some customers were caused by an issue with Cloudflare, an external service that CORE leverages to securely route traffic between users and CORE.
Cloudflare experienced a network disruption that resulted in increased latency and connectivity issues. Cloudflare has implemented a fix and is monitoring the results.
Our investigation did not identify any issues within CORE itself, and we continue to monitor performance closely.
